  • Notes on accommodation
    The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and can be heated in winter months. For the safety of children when staying in the villa all three sets of patio doors have child alarms, there is also a safety fence fitted around the pool area.

    Outside
    The swimming pool is 30x15ft with a raised spa and waterfall, there is underwater lights for those wishing to swim in the evening. For the safety of children there is a safety fence fitted around the pool/ this is removable if children are not present. There is a large patio table under the lanai which also has a fan for those warmer evenings. There are sun loungers and  chairs/footstools. There is a gas except optional pool heating except optional pool heating BBQ outside the pool screen.

    Golf
    The famous Champions gate golf course designed by Greg Norman is within 7 minutes drive from the villa. There are ample courses nearby.

    Legacy Park is a prestigious and popular vacation development on the US27 with the added benefit of being one of the closest to the 192 Junction and therefore the closest to Disney and the attractions, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
